Doubt, unsure energy and lack of confidence creep into my mind periodically, reminding me of just how human I am. Yes, in fact we are “all” human and no matter how incredibly perfect our lives are these human traits are present, for good reason too. They teach us how to love ourselves deeper, feel into this path of being in a fleshy body and grasp the idea accepting all that we are.

I find myself slowing in these moments, with gratitude at some point, knowing there are always sprinkles of gifts, if only we are willing to stop and accept them. Truly, our hearts can be open, yet we still miss so much, as we are not reaching, digging or slowing from time to time to honor those spaces in which we are always trying to “free” ourselves from.

Is this not why we are here? To embrace this life we can “feel” ever aspect of who we are within all senses? Well, it seems that might be, however who am I to say for anyone but me? Awake and open feels so good, even in those moments of uncertainty, with this I shall move forward.

Complete certainty within my heart, I feel the love from this space of flowing within the vulnerable river of ease. The emotions are gifts, the ups and downs are our map and the mud reminds us of who we are. For this I am humbly grateful and happy to be aware of the messages that continue to come my way.
