The truth is both dark and light exist within me. All parts of me, in all lights exposes all of who I am. I have moments of weakness, moments of impatience, moments of anger, moments of incredible, non-human strength, moments of wisdom and clarity and above all I am all of these emotions no matter how I want to present myself from one moment to the next.

The truth is we all have this within ALL of us. No one person is any greater than another, we are simply strolling upon different pathways in different parks or forests. Each individual is limited in understanding anything outside of their personal experience. We can try, but unless we have lived another persons path or truly begun to understand ourselves we can only speculate from our own limited experience. Even with understanding comes limited perspective.

So, the truth is we are here as individuals. We are here to see one another from different perspectives and what each of us has to offer in this world. We are here to see ourselves so deeply and honestly that others will begin to see this same part of who we are with beauty and love. The dark is not bad, rather a part of this human experience. The moment we can begin to embrace this is the moment we can set aside judgment, perspectives that limit our own progress and harsh exchanges.

The truth is what will set us all free! Go beyond what you think you know. See those things you have denied and resist with such passion. Push yourself past your own limitations, knowing we always have more to learn, as long as we are alive in this human body! Trust the truth! Embrace the truth no matter how uncomfortable, vulnerable or messy it might be.
