A few more…

If life is truly happening “for” us and not “to” us, then every day we are presented with new opportunities to learn and grow or perhaps gain further clarity and insight into a bigger lesson.

Mantra: “These opportunities are here as messages, My ears are attuned and my heart is listening.”

Mantra: “I am alive, so shall I live with gratitude everyday, all day.”

Mantra: “When I smile, the world smiles. When I feel peaceful, the world feels peaceful. ”

The most difficult times shift our perspectives is when we are being faced with something that does not make sense, feels overwhelming or feels impossible to shift. “The harder I fall, the bigger the lesson,” ~ Nahko Medicine For the People.

Mantra: “This challenge is my opportunity, the emotions evoked from within are from my heart. I will listen to my reactions, as they remind me of my part.”

Mantra: “The more I go inward, the deeper my healing. As distractions circle around, I will observe and thank each of them, as these are reminders for me to return within and continue healing.”

Going inside ourselves to “learn and grow” does not always mean seclusion, isolation, or shutting others out. In fact some of the most impactful work we can do is while we are with others, outside of our sacred spaces; observing our responses, our emotions and finally our thoughts. When we feel quiet peacefulness from within, while we are with others, this is when our hearts are reaching harmony with the world.

Mantra: “I create this reality I stand in, therefore I shall take responsibility for what I see, feel and hear.”

Mantra: “My heart is full of love, peace and joy… My heart is full of love, peace and joy… My heart is full of love, peace and joy!”
