I pray for my brothers and sisters, all of those who face the heightened struggles of today. I pray for their safety, well being and strength to endure all they may encounter. I pray all of humanity will begin to see outside of their own experience with compassion.

Sadness overwhelms my heart, as I know much of what I see today, I perhaps had something to do with yesterday. In this life or another, my heart may not have been filled with love and compassion, rather rage and hatred. For this I will walk with humility and know my work today is to own my actions, as if all of humanity depended upon it (because I believe it does).

Please know there exists no human on this planet innocent of ALL that we see today! Please evaluate your stance as you look upon others and remember where you have come from and who you may have been. Feel your solar plexus speaking to you with urgency; reflect upon who you are and how you can impact the world by owning, reflecting and loving ALL of YOU! We have much work to do, yet it can only begin within our own reflection!
