Where do we go when we see what we do not want to or wish we had not? Is this a place we hide from? How deep are we willing to look when we finally open our eyes? Is our head held high or low when we gaze into our own path?

Look into those incredibly complex, intricate and full of life eyes you wear night and day. See the beauty in each one, filled with stories, dreams, passions, visions of the past, present and future. Wait for the stories to unfold, watch for the shifting to begin and know the power in which we all have access to by simply observing.

Step into something deeper with me! Shine in a way your reflection happens daily. The work we do within ourselves impacts the world so tremendously. May we heal the world by healing ourselves!

As you wake, remind yourself of who you are, why you are on this earth and the work you have been called to do. We are all here to know and understand love in the deepest way. This begins with ourselves.

Build a practice of hugging ourselves, speaking kind, loving and encouraging words to ourselves out loud and in our heads daily. Create visions and thoughts of others doing the same, seeing everyone as the shinny being they truly are, no matter what shadow looms over them. The brightness we carry from within the love we hold for ourselves, becomes the antidote to the darkness casting shadows upon our world.

Love who you are! Know who you are! Become vulnerable in this space and trust the love that exists around you to go deeper than ever before.
