Free from all that keeps me stagnant
Broken chains
Freed locks
Opened gates
Walls crumbled to dust
Shells splintered a thousand times over
Shields surrendered to vulnerability
Rawness set in with tenderness
Unfamiliar air circulated the exposed tissue
Naked with freedom and ease
In every beat joy expanded
Happiness anew
Strength prevailed…
