Helping a neighbor, opening a door or simply being kind with a friendly smile or greeting is such a lovely gesture. I certainly notice when others take the time and pay attention to being present; this sparks my own heart with a sense of inspiration. My heart feels a connection within humanity that flickers a sense of hope.

My heart is filled giving and receiving in this way. Lately, I cannot help but recognize the importance of building and connecting in our communities. We must inspire to embrace the humanity in all of us, by loving a little more and stepping out of our comfort zone.

Take notice and see our tribe is all around, physically and energetically. Pay close attention to those who smile back or take the time to be kind to others or yourself. These are our tribesman and women who will help spread a sense of hope, joy and love throughout our world at time it is most needed.

We can only create harmony and peace from the place of love. Gather, share and connect within your tribe, even if some are far away. This is how we grow our energy, this is how we inspire more hope, and this is how we expand consciousness. Much love to you!
