YES, that is so absolutely true! We create the story of our life. Who we look at in the mirror is from our own creation. How we move through this world and who we have around us comes from the reality in which we have created. This is super amazing, yet comes with great responsibility and acceptance of our own thoughts and actions.
If we can simply acknowledge our involvement in ALL that exists around us, we begin to shift away from negative thoughts, creating negative outcomes. When our minds are more aware, self-reflective and clear in what we want, the world around us changes. This change is accomplished through our thoughts. Similar to the traffic example used in last weeks post, this extends far beyond that, yet it is equally as simple.
When we see those things on our person that we want to change or think are less than, we begin to devalue that area, increasing the negative energy sent to that place. Carefully select the thoughts we have about ourselves, first and of course others as well as the world around us.
The same applies to our thoughts about fears or potentially fearful things that may come up (earthquakes, the government, storms, accidents, etc.). When we give power to the fear, that energy expands, bringing it closer to reality. Again, carefully selecting what we think about is critical to owning the reality we live in.
Mother Earth is very capable of holding space for all of her children. She is also extremely powerful in healing and making changes as it is needed throughout time. She is intuitive and full of love. What she cannot control is the energy sent to her by the beings living on her surface. If we all owned our own reality and trusted in the earth in which we are blessed to live upon there might be a greater shift scientists would never be able to explain.
Our lives, families, partners, children and careers are all in this same circle of control. Our thoughts are the beginning of bringing power to something, once we begin speaking of this same area, we have set into motion the “reality” in which we created from our first thoughts. Therefore being super aware of this and knowing we have control allows us a fresh start no matter where you are in life. Simply begin by acknowledging what is around you, what you consistently think about and make a commitment to bring in more positive thoughts throughout your day.
