Perhaps you all are feeling the turbulent, disorientating, and unpredictable energy spewing. The dust is flying, our minds are racing and life has continued to toss us curve balls for some time now, yet we keep waiting for the moment we can all take a long, deep breath, and relax a bit.
Notice your reactions to the energy; are you short-tempered, wanting to cry, prone to recluse/recoil, or self-medicating? These reactions come from a deep place within that has told you what to do when crisis strikes throughout your life. Some of this is actual brain muscle memory, while another part of this is from your DNA/ancestry, carried into this lifetime with a single purpose; to learn, empathize and heal the limiting belief patterns for you and all of your ancestors.
Our internal power is incredibly huge! Accessing this power comes by first acknowledging it exists. Then we need to believe, every day, you have the power to shift whatever is holding you in these patterns. Write mantras, speak them, several times throughout the day, and allow them to flow throughout your body. When you feel the mantra absorbed within your being, write a new one, as if they are a key to opening the doors leading to your core truth and power.
We do not accomplish anything in life without first learning, understanding and then practicing. We may fall, get muddy, and feel pretty awful, but this means we are on the right track and the incredible feeling of accomplishment when things start to shift is like nothing else and suddenly the turbulence works for us, as it is no longer disorientating!
