We know the importance of this organ and the vitality it brings into our body, moment to moment, breath to breath. Yet, this beautiful mechanism has the structure, so complex our human minds are still learning from it, after many decades of research. What a beautiful gift we have.

Our heart is a treasure chest in which our most valuable treasure remains. Capturing the right amount of blood, pumping it into the various highways, that lead to our entire city of beauty and fertility. This body we have chosen contains the very essence of “life.” To this I say, “Honor, value and respect this vessel in which we have been blessed.”

Feed the body the same level of love, light and vibrationally matched energy you feed your spiritual body. Honor the value of each organ and intricate structures the same as one would integrate spiritual practices. As this is our temple, after all.

This beautiful component holds the memories, emotions and deepest fears of this life and many others, as it is our soul. Massaging the heart with compassion for holding this space can allow us to expand far beyond what we could imagine. We are blessed with a beautiful system of structures in which we reside, embrace this very thought for a moment and recognize the complexities within this vessel.

Our journey is equally as complex and full of wonder, yet we see it a bit differently, as our bodies “just work” mostly. Our journey is filled with bumps, changes, uncomfortableness and opportunities to make decisions… The truth is, our journey is no different then the body in which you chose to incarnate. Take this thought… Let it sink form the head down to the heart and feel the space that begins to fill.

If we allowed our journey to “just work” and allowed the flow to take place it would become an exact mirror of our own magnificent human body. As we surrender, make time and space, honor our guidance, love ourselves in the deepest way imaginable and begin to see the world as we are truly meant to, everything changes. This is the gift of fluid movement and knowing our truth.

Our journey can begin to take shape as a fluid pumping organ from our higher selves to our physical body, creating space to expand in perception and unconditional love. Highways filled with divine guidance, support and healing flow within the vessels connecting to this world in which we have created physically. Rivers of knowledge and remembering begin to flood our minds, triggering the memories within our spirit to move forward into our greatest purpose and use our gifts in a more expansive way.
