What we fill our minds with become our words, our words become our actions, creating the world around us. Notice the difference in yourself from last year. Pay close attention to the subtle or not so subtle changes that have taken place within your very being. Are you at peace with who you are and where you are heading?

The undeniable truth is before us. The time has arrived to pay closer attention, live from a space of unconditional love and trust the process with deep surrender. If you stand with any judgment for others, for any reason, we are not done… Continue to look within and ask why? Continue to stand, stripped to your core and glance past the fleshy structure to see deeper within and know the messages are there.

Take a moment and watch children play and interact. This is where we will learn. They have the ability to live from a place of unconditional love, support and acceptance. We must find our way back to this same place and walk from the pure child-like perspective. Emotions become raw and real again, while the world around us returns to an unlimited and expansive perspective.

Perhaps being an “adult” is where we got off track. Embrace the child-like energy from within and reconnect with this pure source energy! Joy will expand infinitely.
