Remember the sweetness from within. Recall those moments your belly hurt from laughing and your cheeks could not possibly stay pressed upon your teeth for one moment longer. The coughs following all that was stirred from the depths of your being, as you let loose with joy and bliss!

Today I send this sense of comfort and remembrance to each of you as we begin to go into our traditions, old selves and family patterns. Step forward with more of who you are and less of who you once were. Specifically around those who have limited perspectives of who you truly are (show them, without hesitation)!

Close your eyes, picture them as someone you have only just met. See them in their truth, for this is the space we must all begin to see and speak of. Challenge your core to grow, pressing out old patterns which have comfortably hung out for far too long.

Then, see the comedy! Let out the bellows of glee as the images are set free! This laughter shall come from you toes, freeing all that is stuck along the way! Smile with sweetness from within, as this is your fire, waiting to liberate!
