My strength comes from my heart; the muscle I have worked out every day of my life. This strength has carried me far beyond what anyone could have ever imagined, including myself. A strength capable of taking me off cliffs, to the peaks of mountains and into the depths.
A powerful energy has been building within me, offering opportunity to release, grow and expand every day. This power can take me to new dimensions, humble my ego instantly, and propel me into a sweet sense of peace. A force so powerful I find myself momentarily in awe of my potential.
These abilities are with me always, however I forget all too often. We all possess incredible strength and power; one must acknowledge, honor and intentionally grow these gifts with love and compassion. My strength and power are part of my true essence, to this I celebrate!
