As children we are exposed to any number of influences and experiences ultimately shaping how we become adults by the time we are five or six. The difficult part is that we hang on to those self-talking limitations as if they are a part of our core. They are not!

Today, I am setting free my limitation of feeling unworthy. I will walk out of my house and know all that comes my way is of absolute grace and abundance, filled with love. My heart will hold gratitude for this space, knowing my practice of freeing this limitation will trickle down to my children and those within my community.

Join me in knowing we are only as good as we “think.” I believe I am worthy of love. I believe I am worthy of success. I believe I am worthy of respect and gratitude. When I hear compliments I will graciously accept them, feel them, and know they are messages from myself, reminding me just how worthy I am.
