Quiet Mind, Body, And Spirit…

Close you eyes, take a few cleansing breaths and let your body relax into a peaceful flow. Listen to your heart beat, listen to the rhythm of your breathing, feel your mind, body and spirt as one. Continue to listen and relax…

Through meditation and prayer we are able to generate a deep relaxation that seems to impact our immediate world around us. While we are called to be mindful in these times as we follow our passions, we are also called to ground ourselves. We impact our own reality with the energy we walk with, which in turn effects the collective.

Intentionally wake with a positive outlook. Intentionally meditate and pray for a renewed spirit, allowing us to see the positive of all that is around us. Intentionally walk into the world with a positive feeling, not thought… But feeling.

As we walk with intention, we inspire, spread love and shift the energy. If we can shift our own energy into a peaceful space, then we have the same ability to impact the greater consciousness of the collective; love ourselves first, love others with unconditional positive regard second. Remember, as we love all of ourselves, we begin to love ALL of humanity!

Let’s not get lost outside of ourselves, as this does not help, rather perpetuates! XO
