Inhale the sweet air around you, taking note of the crispness, freedom of access, and our second nature to simply breathe air around us. This same air we share with the entire world, every man, women, child, plant, and animal. Our bodies fueled by the very same thing.

Are we not more alike than different? This planet is made up of living creatures, needing the same basic things; food, air, sun and water. Each creature impacting  another with daily actions and emotions. Even when we think no one is listening, cares or notices… They do and they are affected!

We have a responsibility to ourselves to look deep within, see ALL of who we are, love every piece and know we come with these beautifully flawed paths, to learn, grow and expand. Allow your eyes to see who you truly are lifting the veil to see others as they truly are, beautifully flawed; just like you and I!

Encourage those around you to let go of judgement, rather look into the mirror and see their own path with love, acceptance and gratitude. Set aside thoughts we quickly go to when we see and hear things triggering our human reactions where we want to feel we are some how better than or we know differently. This place is dangerous and becomes our biggest weapon against ourselves.

Set aside what you thought you knew, once were told, or felt so confident must be true… Instead, feel the love you have within your heart, for yourself, for those close to you and trust this very same love can expand as far and wide as you allow it… As we learn to love ourselves in the deepest, most unconditional way this task becomes more and more effortless, as we see others from the inside and accept their limitations as their process, rather than something for us to judge or know any more about.

Stretch and expand your heart.  Feel the courage to empower others to do the same and change our world one discarded weapon at a time?  There is no need to defend against love as I believe this is our entire purpose of being here; learning to unequivocally understand love and to love ourselves with this same energy.
