These tired hands have come far, with many scars to tell the story of this fascinating journey traveled. My exhausted body feels the heaviness of this load I have carried for far too long; much of which never belonged to me in the first place. While my strength continues to prove its might, I have come to learn I choose the baggage I want to carry.
Taking on the world attitude has served its purpose; today, I take on unconditional love for this heart I have opened up and continue to heal one day at a time. I am ready to see all of my potential shine like the beam it is meant to. I am ready to stand tall and not shrink when my fellow humans become uneasy because of the brightness I illuminate. I am ready to embrace the abundance of joy, love, adventure, and success I can feel all around me.
