My heart pulses with glee in knowing I am alive, today, during this time, in this place. My body is whole, healthy and full of strength inside and out. My mind is clear with focused intentions following my heart. My spiritual body sparkling so big and so strong, those around can only feel the love or back up with discomfort from the strangeness.

Saying thanks to all the incredible things within my world at this time seems a minuscule offering to such an enormous gift. While my words are splayed across this screen in a feeble attempt to achieve such a task, I say thank you to those reading this message and to those who have been so supportive along this path of discovery. Smiles continue to stretch across my face at the feeling of love and connection all around.

I am to the moon thankful for every single person who has crossed my path since the day I entered this body. YES, everyone, as they have brought me one gift or another, through hardship, difficulty, challenge, love, compassion, bliss or other. Those who have brought any emotion into my life only continue to provide a breathe within this life I live and a deep knowing of why I am here… TO LEARN! So, I give absolute thanks for this knowing and those who have assisted me along the way.

I am thankful to have an incredible partner in this life journey, an amazing family with four little teachers and I am thankful to have this opportunity to be here in these times of change and transmutation within this planet. My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude for our sweet Mother Earth and all that she provides daily. This gratitude extends far beyond her outer-layers into the deep darkness of the cosmos, we often forget, yet this is where we evolve the most.

With my hands in prayer position, resting upon my heart space, I bow my head with a prayer of thanks to this beautiful life I have been so graciously blessed with. I thank you all for being stars within this universe I float and I thank every living thing for the love that is within, no matter how small or big, because LOVE is what we all are here to learn about, grow with and evolve forward.
