Today, my heart feels heaviness…
My spirit feels a weighted knowing…

How can we ignore our contribution to humanity? How can we walk with our head looking down and not slam into something? How can we pretend our part is to simply sit back and watch?

We are alive, my friends, NOW! We are able to help, serve, stand up, and be a part of supporting the collective energy into a harmonious place. To each of us, we have a different calling, a different path, and this is the beauty of life. No single path looks the same, therefore this is not an instruction or call to direct, rather a call to reflect!

What is your gift? Are you sharing this gift in a way that reaches far and wide? If the answer is anything beyond an a resounding yes, we have work to do. Walk with me and our brothers and sisters with an understanding there is always more to do, to be, and to give.

First, we must hold our core in a sacred space with love, compassion and unconditional regard. Second, we glow, spread our seeds, and share. Then we continue to reflect, asking what can I do now. Give from a place of abundance and never ending flow. Serve as if it were your elderly grandparents needing you desperately in their final hours. Smile with unconditional support, knowing each person witnessing your shimmering light will be touched with all you have to offer.

Perhaps today, we can all find something we can do more, better and with a deeper sense of passion. Share, what it is you are willing to do!
