I mean, really, do you FEEL that? Have you been triggered, feeling resistant or comically noticing very old patterns/limiting beliefs popping up? Perhaps it is just a “feeling,” or perhaps you actually see it, know it and feel it. This welcomed energy is a portal into a collective shift!!!
Please bare with me a moment.
I have been observing the community, helping individuals and hearing across the board that humans are struggling to stay positive, struggling with what to make of what is next and those who are more awake and positive are also feeling this ebb and flow of old shit coming up. Well, this is the part we contribute to the collective! So, in one way, yes it is collective energy, but in absolute truth this energy is our energy to work with, understand, embrace and begin syncing with those areas rather than against to move away from them.
Okay, so how do we work with this crazy energy that we thought we had healed long ago? How do we embrace that which we have tried so hard to overcome, release, let go or otherwise “remove?” Well, we stop trying to release it! We step back and see the power it brings, we see the purpose it brings and every single aspect of those limitations/thought patterns/resistance, we honor! We give gratitude!
From this space we then begin to shift our judgments, perspectives as well as the “big” picture. When we see others as controlling, drama filled, limiting in their beliefs, not awake or so many other ways, we stop and smile, because it is in this moment we see the deeper part of us. In that moment we are given opportunity to really appreciate the gravity of just how cool it is we are not alone, things really do happen FOR us not TO us and every single human on this planet is learning from one another as much as from themselves.
What a mind shift, eh? Well, this is not so simple and certainly comes with such an intense expectation to truly reflect and own who we are, I have come to realize not everyone is ready for this. I do believe every single human contributes one way or another, no matter what they are prepared for or not, therefore I need to personally honor this in all aspects of my life. When I honor everyone, I honor all of what I am made up of!
WE ARE ALL CONNECTED, therefore we have ownership fully in this collective energy and when these patterns come up, sit with them and think from a new perspective… The power of reflection is far greater than we realize!
