My heart is on fire, my arms are heavy with intense burning. I feel the burning of what we once thought to be true. I feel the burning of all false facades we pretend are real. I feel the burning of false love, conditions and judgments. I feel the burning of fears.

Smoke fills my lungs from within, purifying the space in which I now must breathe easier, bringing in more life and clarity. My heart continues to pulse with flames, burning away the insecurities and limitations. Ahhh the feeling of connection to the world I belong…

Our world is shifting, burning, smoking and transforming. For this I am grateful, while also exhausted. This heat reminds me of the power we hold within each of us, if only we embrace it with an unconditional knowing and love. Careful, though, the heat is intense!

Today, I send out flames of unconditional love, to catch fire to every heart near and far. May our hearts burn away all that holds us back from connecting as one. Hold out your hands and feel that heat pulsating through your palms and know the fire is hot… Now, send those flames into the world with nothing but love as humanity goes through a beautiful rebirth.

Trust all that is happening is part of the fire, lending way to a new perspective.
