As the clouds grow with intensity my eyes widen. Density building within each fluffy cloud bringing a heaviness and looming mystery, I cannot help but feel the collective energy they hold. Our hearts heavy, our minds full and our bodies tired. Red, yellow, green and orange shades paint the landscapes far and wide, bringing joy, will power, healing and passion to my heart.
These colors representing us, as beings on this planet individually as well as collectively. For this I fall humbly to my knees with tears of gratitude. Witnessing Mother Earths illustration of how she experiences her children opening my eyes further to just how connected, interwoven and “one” we are as a people.
These storms bring us warning, purification and opportunity to grow as “one.” Respect our brothers and sisters of all walks of life, see the good in ALL, no matter the darkness, as we have our own darkness. May our hearts begin to heal from this space, leaving behind the false sense of fear and unknown.
May our indigenous elders’ words fall heavy on our hearts and minds now, as they speak up and stand united with yet another important message to see the truth, speak the truth and live the truth. May I honor their sacrifices with the deepest sense of love and gratitude by loving our sweet Mother Earth and teaching our children to do the same. Perhaps one day we will stand in solitude as a human kind, with love and compassion in our hearts. Pray with me brothers and sisters for healing and peace. #Waterislife#NODAPL
