Upon finding the stars we cannot just climb a ladder to reach them. Instead we study them, observe their glorious dancing and listen to the falling messages. Our hearts know when to look up, trust the feeling and never miss an opportunity.

Much like the stars in the sky, as conscious individuals we are meant to observe, listen and be mindful of when action is being called. Our world is full of distractions, more now than ever. Our minds easily get caught up with politics and media, leaving behind the thoughts of our heart.

“Thinking with our hearts and feeling with our minds.” Again, I say this, knowing only truth comes from this space. All we need to know, all we need to hear, feel and see is within our hearts. When we lay down our worry, anxiety and fear a sense of peacefulness washes up as we begin to listen to our heart.

We are connected to one another, the stars above and far beyond what my words can explain. With this connection we have access to any knowledge we begin to tap into. One must be committed to quieting the mind, opening the heart and trusting the process to expand in this place of knowledge. Through practice we become our own media, our own world understanding and weather channel.

The information we have access to by simply being connected to our bodies, is far more accurate and immediate than any news outlet that exists, no matter how non-biased it may seem. Let’s all tap deeper into our central station of knowledge, listen to our callings and stand as we are called, speak with guidance and trust the unfolding of events is in perfect sequence… All is happening “for” humankind, not “to” humankind.
